Quality Lab Test (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal and health information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
This policy applies to our website and to services provided at our Allen, Sherman, and Waco, Texas laboratory locations.
The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requires health care providers and other covered entities to properly manage how they obtain, maintain, use, and disclose protected health information (PHI). Quality Lab Test is fully compliant with United States HIPAA regulations, and we go beyond the minimum legal requirements to safeguard the privacy of all protected health information in our care.

We do not sell your personal or medical information. We do not provide identifiable medical data to third parties for marketing purposes or in exchange for payment.
